Our Code of Conduct, first published in 2007, defines what we stand for and believe in, documenting the uncompromisingly high ethical standards our company has upheld since its founding in 1998. This web site helps Impex Personnel employees put the values and principles expressed in our Code of Conduct into action every day by providing detailed guidance on the behaviours and actions that support our values of Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Commitment.

Impex Personnel has grown from a one-room office to a National leader in its field. In the mid nineties, the practice of flexible staffing was developing to improve efficiency and profits.
