Applicants will have experience working within the International Logistics  industry specifically in a Cartage Co Ordination capacity and possess in depth knowledge of both Air & Sea Cargo movements.

If successful your daily duties will consist of but not limited too:

  • Monitoring Customs Releases
  • Preparation of Cartage Documentation
  • Direct communication with customers & transport service providers
  • Ensure Cargo is Customs Cleared and DWAF requirements are met
  • Chasing disbursement charges, payment and paying out charges
  • Monitor Detention 
  • General Administrative duties
  • Meeting Set Deadlines
  • General Customer Service
  • Any other duties as detailed by the management team

Preferred Selection Criteria:

  • Local Forwarding Industry Experience
  • Organised & motivated
  • 2-3 Years minimum industry experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of EDI Cargowise & ICS
  • Above average communication skills both written & verbal
  • Strong work ethic
  • High attention to detail
