Our client is a leading producer of fine wines, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Exports Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive Melbourne based team. Daily duties will include coordinating export logistics, preparing and processing export documentation, assisting with export strategies, cost minimisation, preparation of sales budgets and forecasts, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, supply chain, freight forwarders and Wine Australia.

To be successful you will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Proven experience with Export Logistics
• Local Australian experience mandatory and experience dealing with Asia highly desirable
• Experience within the wine industry highly desirable
• Budgets, Forecasting and Reporting
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Ability to perform work to a high standard and ensure compliance with policies and legislation
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline preferred
• Available to commence in early March 2018
