It was a cool and cloudy start to the Annual CBFCA Golf Day held on Wednesday 26th November at The Coast Golf Club situated in the Sydney seaside suburb of Little Bay. ImpEx NSW once again adopted a major sponsorship role manning the drinks carts and dispensing good cheer to all participants around the course throughout the day. Even the though the weather was not the warmest, it didn't seem to dampen the enthusiasm of the 140 odd players for a cool drink each time one of the brightly decorated ImpEx drinks carts came into view. The persistent wind ensured that super low scoring would not be the order of the day, but the players assured us that they all enjoyed a fantastic day's golf and the chance to network with industry colleagues and their guests. Our own ImpEx consultants Erik Samuelson & Peter Buckingham captained two golfing foursomes and took the opportunity to host some of our ImpEx clients as well. The prizegiving ceremony and a few more drinks rounded off a memorable day for all concerned and we look forward to doing it all again in 2009.
