Key responsibilities
- Commercial business development
- Qualifying leads
- Preparing and presenting proposals
- Managing existing accounts
- Achieving sales KPI’s
- Building strong business relationships
- Registering and maintaining new business
- Providing excellent customer service to all clients
- Negotiating customer contracts
To be successful in this role you will require the following:
- Sales experience in International Freight Forwarding
- Account management and operations experience
- High level communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- High level attention to detail
- A passion for Customer Service
- Can-do attitude
- A "hunter" type methodology in your approach to new business
