Our client is a highly reputable freight forwarding company based in Botany. They are market leaders in moving LCL, FCL and FAK cargo internationally and pride themselves on providing high quality service to their customers. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of FCL and LCL cartage coordination, as well as providing exceptional customer service to all clients. 

 Key responsibilities:

• Providing superior customer service
• Coordinating deliveries for FCL and LCLC freight shipments
• Monitoring customs and quarantine clearance using ICS system
• Lodging clearance documents with shipping lines and coloaders
• Registering documents using EDI Cargo Wise

To be successful in this role you will require the following:

• Previous sea freight cartage experience in freight forwarding
• High level communication skills – both verbal and written
•   Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
• Experience in processing and completing cartage deliveries
• Final invoicing using EDI Cargo Wise
• High level attention to detail
