Well established operation are seeking a highly experienced Documentation Coordinator to join the team for a fixed period of approximately 6-9 months. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate extensive working history in the preparation of export documentation for meat and meat products from Australia using a computerized documentation system. In order to succeed in this role you must have excellent communication skills ( both written and verbal ) a high level of attention to detail and previous exposure to export documentation including dealing with letters of credit to some challenging destinations. PRA's & Phytosanitary exposure as well as an in-depth understanding of Aust Government departments reporting and processing procedures will keep you day busy. This is a fast paced role handling both air and seafreight consignments in a centrally located position with a well-established organisation. This position will not be available for long, submit your application for consideration today!
