Your daily duties and responsibilities will consist of:
- Register all import and export air and seafreight shipments
- Complete all Sea Cargo Automation reporting
- Liaise with agents regarding documentation
- Track and check transhipment details
- Facilitate payment of local charges and delivery orders
- Complete all invoicing
To be considered you must possess the following attributes:
- EDI Cargowise knowledge and experience
- Experience in import freight and customer service
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Ability to work autonomously and within our small team
- High level of attention to detail
