Your daily duties and responsibilities will consist of:

• Register all import and export air and seafreight shipments
• Complete all Sea Cargo Automation reporting 
• Liaise with agents regarding documentation
• Track and check transhipment details
• Facilitate payment of local charges and delivery orders
• Complete all invoicing

To be considered you must possess the following attributes:

•  EDI Cargowise knowledge and experience
•  Experience in import freight and customer service
•  Excellent communication and customer service
•  Ability to work autonomously and within our small team
•  High level of attention to detail
