They now have an opportunity for a sales professional to join them and bring their experience in sales to sell their service to employers in employment medicals, drug testing, audiometric and WHS Consulting services. They are set for exceptional growth that has provided an opportunity for a competitive individual who has a sales and service background to excel and has a hunger for greater success. Maybe to even build an autonomous telesales team around you. Initially you will develop new business over the phone nationally and then once established account manage these clients. The position is initially a permanent full time position. Full product knowledge and training will be provided.  Our client has a  network of offices in capital cities around the country that are strategically located within major transport hubs to ensure their clinics are easily accessible to visitors whilst also providing excellent locations to visit their clients. Our client provides pre-employment medical assessments, drug and alcohol screening and audiometric assessments, as well as workplace health and safety consulting and return to work / injury management assistance.Their customer base includes manufacturing, domestic & international logistics, council workers, mining and construction to name but a few.As a Telesales Business Development / Account Management Executive you would be responsible for:Achieving predetermined call targets by identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients.Ensuring complete customer satisfaction and providing a knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, confident and proactive point of contact for those organisations.Keep up to date with competitor’s offerings and a good understanding of their sales strategies.Coordinate the preparation of sales proposals.Participate in sales promotions and support marketing with campaigns and events.You should enjoy solutions selling.  The role will also see you identifying and gain new business through a sustained program of cold calling, sales leads and pipeline management.
